Profile:     As a researcher and female scientist, I have been engaging for years to propose solutions to the gender bias that we face in our careers, such as harassments, prejudice, especially in academy. My project is related to promotion of consciousness, engagement and support to the career challenges for women, especially in Space Science and STEM. My public outreach is to connect leaderships and early careers females to make easier to get opportunities in scientific groups.
