Profile: Victoria Valdivia holds a master's degree in International Studies. She has a diploma on Contemporary Intelligence and one on Strategic Planning of Defense both from the National Academy of Political and Strategic Studies from the Ministry of Defense of Chile. She is a senior researcher on space affairs, counterspace analysis and meta geopolitics issues. She has been space policy advisor for the Chilean government, contributing to the elaboration of the Defense Policy and Defense whitepaper (2017). In 2020, she was selected by the G100 as one of the world 100 most influential women on space policies arena. In 2022, she was invited by UNODA as expert to provide a presentation about space threats and their implications for developing countries.
