Profile: Iroka Chidinma Joy is an Assistant Director Engineering in the Engineering and Space Systems division (ESS) of the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA) which is the Nigerian Space Agency. She is also the technical adviser of the Space STEM Educational Initiative for Africa (SSEIA), the co-founder and the secretary general of the Women in Aerospace Nigeria (WIAN), G100 Nigeria country chair (space technology) and an associate fellow at Fled Institute International. She holds a PhD in Communication Engineering and has been a UNOOSA Space4Women mentor since 2020.
