Profile: Dr. Electdom Matandirotya holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Cape Peninusula University of Technology. Currently, she serves as the Chief Scientist at the Zimbabwe National Geospatial and Space Agency under the Space Science Department focusing on satellite mission design and unmanned vehicle mission planning, among others. Previously, she was Senior Lecturer at the Department of Space and Applied Physics at the University of Zimbabwe. She is also an active member of Women in Physics (Zimbabwe and Women in Engineering (University of Zimbabwe).
