Profile: Beatrice Sabbatinelli has approximately 10 years of experience in the space sector, developed both in industry and in the consulting sector.

In her current role at the strategy consulting firm Roland Berger, she leads studies focused on the strategic transformation of leading Aerospace & Defense players and has developed dedicated skills in M&A and investor support.

Before joining Roland Berger, Beatrice worked at PwC/Strategy & Space Practice in Paris, where she led studies focusing on market assessment and strategy definition for leading European and global institutional and commercial players in the space sector.

Prior to joining PwC, she worked at Sitael, an Italian small satellite manufacturer, where she held the position of systems engineer for the development of small satellite platforms for Earth Observation and the role of Team Leader in the department of Space Segment & AIV (Assembly, Integration & Verification), leading an international team in charge of engineering and product development for small satellites.

Before that, Beatrice was based at OHB SE, Bremen, where she developed her skills as systems engineer and study manager within the Telecommunications department by working on various satellite projects, including EDRS-C, Heinrich Hertz and Electra.
