Profile: Nada AlShammari is an educator and space tech entrepreneur and has worked extensively in critical and creative communications globally and in the Gulf Cooperation Council region. She is one of the few Arab women entrepreneurs who manages successful space missions in the Arab world. She is experienced in science and humanities production, development and dissemination. For more than fifteen years, Nada has worked on interdisciplinary projects which foster broader engagement and dialogue in youth education, gender empowerment, science communication, and supporting innovative ideas to come to life. She works with media artists, teachers, technologists, engineers and scientists.
