Profile: Alessandra Abe Pacini has been a Space Scientist since 2010 and works as Research Scientist in Space Physics at CIRES - NOAA. Her EPO projects are dedicated to spreading quality scientific information to underrepresented groups, motivating girls in STEM and promoting gender equality in the Space Physics area. She is the writer of the Girls InSpace Books and serves as a member of the AAS/Solar Physics EPO committee, SBGEA Gender Equality Committee and SBF plasma physics committee. She is also a volunteer DJ of her town’s community radio and understands the power of combining Space, Sciences and Art to create a better future.
