Bridging the Gender Gap: Women and Girls in Space Tech
To celebrate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, UNOOSA and the Permanent Mission of Israel in Vienna have organized a side event during the 2023 Scientific and Technical Subcommittee to showcase the experience and work of young women and girls with space technologies.
The event is on 9 February from 13:00 to 14:00 CET. Participation is available online at: https://bit.ly/3Yp7XR1.
Introductory remarks will be given by Niklas Hedman, UNOOSA Acting Director, and a high-level representative of the Permanent Mission of Israel in Vienna. The event will include an update on UNOOSA Space4Women programme.
